The British Columbia Centre for International Education

Established in 1990, the BC Centre for International Education (BCCIE) has been a leader in the successful development and promotion of international education in British Columbia. BCCIE represents BC institutions by providing a cohesive and professional source of information for international students, parents and educators and by coordinating and delivering effective marketing strategies and advertising initiatives.

Continuously working towards the goals of international education, BCCIE facilitates networking among professionals from different institutions, maintains databases of critical information, develops and hosts professional development workshops and attends and represents BCCIE members at various national and international meetings and forums.

BCCIE advocates and promotes the development of international education for BC. A global focus and a commitment to internationalization will be the key to growth in this industry and BCCIE continues to provide professional and essential services in the development and growth of this viable sector.

Through the creation of a supportive network of cooperation and collaboration amongst international practitioners, BCCIE is helping to create a strong, vibrant international education system.
